AKH would like the opportunity to show you what we can do. Send us a sample of your application and we will join it using the AKH FAS-NER SYSTEM®. Be sure to enclose a completed “sample request form” with your material. AKH will assemble your sample and return it to you!

**This form must be fully complete in order for AKH personnel to insure that the sample is properly joined with equipment and tooling appropriate to the job. Please allow a minimum of one to two weeks in-house for us to complete and return the sample.

**Please include your UPS or FedEx account number for return of sample parts. 

**Important: When shipping, please include two (2) parts for AKH to properly confirm pressures and tooling (set up).
